Privacy Policy

The short version
The Peak Review is an informational site. We do not ask for your name or email, we do not create accounts, and we do not sell personal information.
What is collected
- Technical request data. Like any website, our hosting provider and the traffic-quality service we use process technical data from each request, such as IP address, browser type and the referring page, to deliver the page and screen out automated or fraudulent traffic. We do not use this data to identify you.
- Checklist ticks. The habit checklist in our article saves your ticks in your own browser (local storage) so they are there when you return. They are never sent to us. You can clear them by clearing your browser's site data.
- Fonts. Our pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request under Google's own privacy policy.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or analytics cookies on this site.
Links to other sites
Our article links to published studies, public-health agencies and, for one product, to the seller's checkout. When you leave this site, the other site's privacy policy applies. Purchases are handled entirely by the seller; we never receive your payment or shipping details.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
